Service is helping people in need in the name of Jesus Christ. The aim of service is to relieve people from the physical, emotional and spiritual burdens so they may respond to God's call.

St. Matthew's Preschool

St. Matthew's Preschool continues to thrive serving children of the church and the community on weekday mornings. We have a current enrollment of 66 children and a staff of eight. In cooperation with Mother's Morning Out, we have taken on a variety of improvement projects which keep the area bright and cheerful. We make a joyful noise throughout the week, especially in the Chapel on Thursdays when Chuck, Johnny, or Andy join us.

Mother's Morning Out

St. Matthew's Mother's Morning Out is an outreach program of the church operated independently of, but coordinated with, the St. Matthew's Preschool. Participants come from the congregation and the outside community. In addition to serving the children and their parents, MMO has participated in improvements and renovations of our facilities as well as acquisition of books and toys. There are currently two people on the staff, including the director. Classes meet three times a week with 25 children participating.
